Complete rules for the initiative

Win an extra gift, Christmas 2023

The initiative promoted by Trisomia 21 APS is called ‘Win an extra gift, Christmas 2023’.

With the initiative “Win an extra gift, Christmas 2023” Trisomia 21 APS wants to offer any person over 18 who accesses the website www.at21.it, as long as they are resident in Italy, the chance to win:

  1. a weekend in Florence at the Hotel Residenza Vespucci
  2. a photo shoot for family, couple, portraits, with photographer Elisa Stefanini
  3. a dinner for two at the Florentine restaurant Cucina Torcicoda

The prizes are offered free of charge by Hotel Residenza Vespucci, photographer Elisa Stefanini and the restaurant Cucina Torcicoda.

Any web user who meets the requirements mentioned in Article II, by accessing https://at21.it/iniziativanatale2023 can register himself or herself or someone else for the initiative by filling in the form on the page. No payment shall be required for participation, nor shall numbered tickets be issued. Members of the board of directors of Trisomia 21 APS and persons under the age of 18 cannot participate in the initiative.

Joining the initiative by filling in the web or paper form can be done from 1 December 2023 to 12 noon on January 30th 2024.

The prize will be awarded by drawing and will take place on 1 February 2024 at 3 p.m. at the Trisomia 21 aps Association in Viale Volta 16/18, 50131 Florence.

The prizes consist of:

  1. a one-night stay for two people in Florence at the Hotel Residenza Vespucci, to be held in the period from November to March excluding holidays. The association accepts no responsibility for disservices or delays or cancellation of the stay that are beyond its control. The package includes a stay in low season: from November to March excluding holidays.
  2. one photo shoot for family, couple, portraits, with photographer Elisa Stefanini, to be taken by the end of 2024.
  3. a dinner for two, with wine tasting by Sommelier, in Florence at the restaurant Cucina Torcicoda, to be enjoyed by 30 September 2024. Reservation to be arranged directly with the restaurant based on availability. The association accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience or delay or cancellation of the dinner, which is beyond its control.

Participation is not subject to any obligation to donate, pay, request of goods or services. The draw is tied to the person’s name: participants may only enter their data once, multiple entries by the same person will not be considered valid.

The winners will be notified of the outcome of the draw by telephone call or e-mail.

The prizes will remain at the disposal of the winner at the offices of Trisomia 21 APS in Viale Volta 16/18 50131 Florence, within 60 days of receipt of notification of the winning.

Trisomia 21 aps reserves the right to extend, suspend or cancel this initiative at any time, for reasons of force majeure, which make it impossible to continue the initiative in accordance with the provisions of these regulations. In this case, it will inform the participants in an appropriate manner.

Consent to communication by post and email is compulsory for participation in the initiative and revocable at any time. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://at21.it/informativa-privacy/
